So the only things I remember from this week include MLC in Edmond, Exchanges here with Altus, the Hotter N Hell Bike race (100 mile bike race), and moving apartments! So its been super busy and crazy but so awesome!
So the Elders decided that they wanted to race in the race called the "Hotter-N-Hell Hundred". They got sponsored by a bike shop with tandem bike, and rode 100 miles in dress slacks and white shirt and tie! 5 bike tubes and 10 hours later, they finished and let me tell you it was not a very pretty sight haha! While they biked we and 4 other companionships of missionaries went down town really early and we passed out popsicles and talked to people all day. We had a lot of fun! We met so many members from all over the place. All of the racers who finished before us would tell us about the Elders and they all thought it was so cool they were racing! It was really hot and I think we were all dehydrated by the end of it, but it was awesome! We were there for so long that the people handing out medals gave Sister Maloney and I one! haha! And then when we got home at 7 that night, we had to move all the heavy stuff from our apartment. Let me tell ya, I slept good that night!

George and J'June are both doing really good. They were at church and it was awesome.
On exchanges Sister Cronin and I found this guy named Matt who accepted a book of mormon and said we could come back tonight! So Ill keep ya posted on how that is going.
Also, Ive offially gone 2 weeks without eating sugar. Its so hard but I gotta do it cause I cant be looking like a scrub when I get home! haha. (please pray for me)
Well I love the mission. I love Sister Maloney. Its the best ever! (also Sister Baker-my last Greenie- is training and that just made me super happy to hear! She is amazing and Sister Maloney will be right up there with her!) Everyday I am amazed at how much God's hand is in my life. I am amazed at the strength I am given to get through the day, bike 10 miles, teach x amount of lessons and knock on doors and not take a nap. It blows me away. I know that this is the Lords work. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and has the power to change your life. READ IT!
Love, Sister Gentry
